Local authority referrals

A trusted partner for Kent children.

Tuition Extra is a Kent County Council preferred SEND provider, delivering commissioned alternative provision and specialist support for children and young people placed by local authorities.

Provision that meets the brief. Every time.

We have a long-standing relationship with Kent County Council and a strong track record of delivering effective provision for children placed through statutory routes. Our programmes are aligned with EHCP outcomes, SEND Code of Practice requirements, and KCC commissioning expectations.

We provide clear documentation, attend review meetings, and maintain regular contact with case workers and commissioning teams. You will always know how a child placed with us is progressing.

Our safeguarding is robust, our team is DBS-checked and Thrive-trained, and our DSL is available across all provision.
